Dr. Lennard Stoeklen, Jr. is a distinguished executive leader, pastor, entrepreneur, educator, and community advocate whose professional and ministry career spans more than 35 years. His diverse experience encompasses executive leadership, sales and marketing, business development, strategic communications, natural health and wellness, theology, education, and community service.

Dr. Stoeklen serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Pastor of Hope Avenue Twin Cities, a day shelter serving the North Minneapolis community in Minnesota. Through Hope Avenue Twin Cities, his work reflects a commitment to providing practical support, encouragement, resources, and hope to individuals and families in the community.

He also serves as the Presiding Bishop of the United 4 Christ Association of Ministers and Churches and President of United 4 Christ Bible University, providing spiritual, organizational, and educational leadership while helping develop and equip individuals for Christian ministry and service.

Executive & Entrepreneurial Leadership

Beyond his ministry responsibilities, Dr. Stoeklen has established a substantial background in business leadership and entrepreneurship.

He is a Partner and President of Whole Earth, a Tribal Entity, LLC, a health and wellness organization focused on natural solutions and community well-being. His involvement reflects his longstanding interest in natural health, wellness, education, and approaches designed to support healthier communities.

Dr. Stoeklen is also the Chief Executive Officer of Stoeklen Investment Group, LLC, also known as Stoeklen & Associates, a marketing and business-development firm specializing in strategic communications, business development, sales growth, and organizational advancement.

His professional philosophy combines strategic thinking, relationship building, team development, and measurable performance. Throughout his career, he has consistently worked to identify opportunities, develop people, strengthen organizations, and produce measurable business results.

Sales & Business Development

Dr. Stoeklen previously served as Area Sales Manager for Travel Resorts of America. In 2021, he achieved the highest sales performance in the Bloomington sales office. He also focused on developing a strong sales organization, strengthening team performance, and contributing to increased sales revenue and gross profit.

Prior to Travel Resorts of America, Dr. Stoeklen served as General Manager and Vice President of Aulterra International and President of Aulterra Global, the affiliate division of Aulterra International. These leadership positions expanded his experience in executive management, sales, marketing, business development, and organizational strategy.

Dr. Stoeklen previously served as Regional President and Franchisee with Win-Share Business Services, where he developed the company's Midwest region. In July 2011, he exceeded the organization's goal of generating more than $1.5 million in gross revenue, demonstrating his ability to build business operations and drive significant financial performance.

Telecommunications & Organizational Development

From 2000 through 2008, Dr. Stoeklen held multiple positions with Integra Telecom, where he became instrumental in the development and launch of four departments.

His responsibilities and accomplishments included initiatives focused on reducing customer churn, increasing revenue, improving profitability, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market share.

From 2003 through 2007, he met or exceeded business forecasts and averaged more than $1.2 million in gross-margin impact, reflecting his ability to connect operational strategy with measurable financial results.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Stoeklen worked with OneStar Long Distance, where he exceeded the established business goal by 13%. He accomplished this through strategic adjustments to organizational goals, recognition of team strengths, leadership development, and the implementation of motivational programs designed to improve performance.

Ministry & Spiritual Leadership

Dr. Stoeklen's professional accomplishments are complemented by decades of Christian ministry and spiritual leadership.

As a pastor and bishop, he is committed to teaching the Word of God, developing leaders, strengthening families, and encouraging individuals to discover their God-given purpose.

Through his leadership with the United 4 Christ Association of Ministers and Churches and United 4 Christ Bible University, he works to support ministers, churches, students, and individuals seeking greater knowledge and understanding of Christian faith and ministry.

Family

Dr. Stoeklen considers family one of the greatest blessings of his life. He is blessed with a loving wife of more than 27 years, two adult children, and three cherished grandchildren.
